Wanda Falbo and Mr. Messenger educate, unintentionally terrify, and entertain the young SCTV viewing audience with their song-filled kids' show, Mrs. Falbo's Tiny Town.

One of the most edifying episodes was sponsored by the letter P (wherein Mr. Messenger was "prepared to pick up and pound the pavement."), and included a trip to the Melonville Maxiumum Security Prison.
